Spend a Day at Chesterton Academy of St. Padre Pio
Tours and Shadow Days for Prospective Families

The best way to discover Chesterton Academy of St. Padre Pio is to spend a day inside it. You’ll catch it in the hallway conversations, the questions raised in class, teacher and student engagement, and the way students welcome a newcomer to their lunch table.

That’s why Chesterton Academy of St. Padre Pio opens its doors to prospective families. Come see an ordinary school day for yourself.

How the day works

We welcome families in two ways, and you’re welcome to choose one or both:

• Parent tour, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Walk the campus, see our classrooms, and bring your questions about curriculum, formation, and admissions.

• Student shadow day, 7:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Your son or daughter spends a full school day as a Chesterton student. They’re paired with a current student host who brings them to class, introduces them to friends, and shares lunch with students.

Shadow days are open to students entering grades 9-11, whether your family is considering a move for the Spring 2027 semester or looking ahead to the 2027–28 school year.

Why visit?

Chesterton Academy of St. Padre Pio is a classical high school in the Catholic tradition. Our students read Great Books, discuss life’s great questions around the seminar table, and grow in faith and virtue together. A visit is the simplest way to see whether this is the right place for your child, and many students know after one day.

Schedule your visit

The best next step is a conversation with our admissions office. Call 941-346-6757 or register online below to reserve your family’s tour, shadow day, or both.
