Janine Marrone embarked on her career as a trainee within the management development program at Household Finance in the early 1980s, playing a crucial role in the expansion of the credit card powerhouse MBNA. Throughout her career, she held various significant positions, including Vice President of Marketing in 1987, CEO of MBNA Europe in 1997, President of the Consumer Services Division in 1999, Vice Chairwoman of Consumer Marketing and Telesales in 2002, and concluded her career as Group Executive in New Brands and Markets in 2006 when MBNA was sold to Bank of America, leading to her early retirement. With 25 years of expertise in the financial services sector as a top management strategist, Janine Marone now applies her skills and experience to enhance the Culture of Life.

She founded and led Luncheons for Life for ten years, which served as a monthly grassroots networking opportunity for individuals and organizations committed to abortion prevention, intervention, and restoration. Additionally, she established and chairs the board of Support After Abortion, a nonprofit focused on fostering compassion, promoting collaboration, and enhancing healing for those affected by abortion. Janine has also served on the finance committee at Our Lady of Lourdes and as an advisory board member for Our Lady of Perpetual Help Retreat Center. She is an active member of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher, and is a long-time member of the Legion of Mary, where she served as president for three years. Furthermore, she is a lector and leads the Pro-life Rosary at Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Janine completed four years of theology studies at the Institute of Catholic Studies through the Diocese of Venice. She and her husband, Steve, have resided in the Diocese of Venice for the past 15 years.

Janine considers her vocation to be evangelization and enjoys using her “entrepreneurial” skills and spirit to build Gods kingdom. That is what brought her to the Chesterton Academy of St. Padre Pio.
